Change the rate once. Every tag in the showroom follows.
Set the morning rate for 24K, 22K, 18K and silver, and every item in stock is re-priced with its own making charge, stone value and GST. Customers see the same number on the tag, the counter screen and the bill.

Rate changes cannot be deleted, only replaced, so the history is always complete.
About Rate Board
Can each branch use a different rate?
Yes. Head office can publish one rate for every branch, or allow branches to set their own with an approval step.
What happens to bills already made?
Completed bills keep the rate they were made with. Only unsold stock is re-priced.
Can I round tag prices?
Yes. Round to the nearest 1, 10 or 100 rupees, per category.
Put today's rate on every tag before the first customer walks in.
Load your own stock, set your own making charges and bill real customers for fourteen days. If the numbers do not match your ledger to the milligram, you walk away.
