Refund Policy
How trials, cancellations and refunds work for monthly and yearly plans.
01Free trial first
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial on your own stock, so you can check rates, weights and bills before paying anything. No card is taken during the trial.
02Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. Partial months are not refunded.
03Yearly plans
If you cancel a yearly plan within 30 days of payment, we refund the full amount. After 30 days, we refund the unused months, less the months already used at the monthly price.
04Removing counters
If you reduce the number of counters, the lower price applies from your next billing date. Unused counter time already paid is carried forward as credit.
05One-time services
Data migration and onsite setup visits are refunded in full if cancelled before work begins. Once work has started, they are not refundable.
06Message charges
WhatsApp messages already sent are not refundable, as they are charged to us by WhatsApp when sent.
07How to ask for a refund
Write to us through the Contact Us page with your showroom name and account email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
